Registration Fees
The registration fee for each participant is €40.
The following policy applies to accompanying teachers:
- The first accompanying teacher participates free of charge, regardless of the number of students.
- One additional teacher participates free of charge for every 20 participants.
This means:
2–15 students: 2 teachers free of charge
16–30 students: 3 teachers free of charge
31–45 students: 4 teachers free of charge
46–60 students: 5 teachers free of charge
…and so on.
The registration fee includes:
- participation in the conference
- certificate of participation
- delegate name badge
- conference tote bag including a pen and a conference folder
- electronic proceedings containing the abstracts of all projects and presentations, together with the names of the participants
SyneΘesis is fully responsible for covering the costs of the conference center (including lighting, sound engineering, venue technicians, and operations staff such as cleaning personnel), as well as all expenses for special guest speakers addressing the students.
