Code of Conduct \u2013 Obligations of All Participants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation in the Student Conferences requires full acceptance of this Code of Conduct. This code aims to ensure the smooth operation of the event, to cultivate a climate of respect among participants, and to reinforce the educational character of the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Respect and Behaviour<\/strong>
<\/strong>Students and accompanying teachers are expected to act with respect and courtesy, demonstrating a spirit of cooperation and appreciation for the value of every different opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Active Participation and Adherence to the Schedule<\/strong>
<\/strong>Participants must attend and actively engage in the activities of the Conference, adhering to the official schedule and planned events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organisers reserve the right to modify the conference programme at any time without prior notice. The organisers are under no circumstances responsible for changes that may arise due to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires), terrorist attacks, strikes, wars, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Commitment to the Educational Purpose<\/strong>
<\/strong>The Conference has an educational focus, and schools are expected to contribute to this goal by ensuring the smooth and productive flow of the sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Respect for the Venue and Organisation<\/strong>
<\/strong>Participants must respect the conference venues, maintaining cleanliness and order. Accompanying teachers assume full responsibility for students\u2019 behaviour in all visited spaces and in the areas where the conference takes place. Students must fully comply with the instructions of the Conference Organising Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The supervising teachers and the school to which they belong are fully responsible for any damages caused by students during the conference. In the event of a serious violation or failure to comply with the principles of the conference and the organiser\u2019s guidelines by any student, the school will be immediately informed, and their participation in the conference will be terminated. In such cases, students and their accompanying teachers will be asked to leave the conference venue and return home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, in these circumstances, no financial compensation will be provided to the participants, and the organiser may, if deemed necessary, take any legal action to protect the conference, other participants, and the event venues, including filing claims for compensation for any material or moral damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Synethesis.gr bears no responsibility for lost items, regardless of where such loss may occur. The only individuals responsible for safeguarding personal belongings, as well as any electronic or portable devices (e.g., laptops, mobile phones, tablets), are their owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference is not open to the public. To attend or participate in the event, one must register or receive approval from the organiser. Individuals who are not officially participating in the conference are not permitted to enter the areas designated for the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Protection of Personal Data<\/strong>
<\/strong>Everyone\u2019s privacy must be respected. Participants must protect the personal data of others and must not publish or share personal information without explicit consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Appearance and Presentation<\/strong>
<\/strong>Dress should be modest and appropriate for an educational event. Participants must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Academic Integrity<\/strong>
<\/strong>All submitted work must be original. Any third-party material must be cited according to proper referencing guidelines. Plagiarism or submitting work that is not one\u2019s own is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Student Transportation<\/strong>
<\/strong>The conference organisers bear no responsibility for the safety of students or accompanying teachers during transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
